To comment on a topic just click on "Post Comment." To start a new topic click on the gray "New Post" link in the far left column and enter a headline and your text, and click "Add" at the bottom of the dialogue box.
You must have joined Infomonkey.net to comment and rate things on the site. It's easy. Click on "Join Infomonkey" under Essentials in the gray navigation bar at the top of the page. Your Nickname is the name that appears on screen.
